I have been a student for over 9 years and have had nothing but positive experiences! Instructor, curriculum, and overall experience are first rate. My daughter, husband and stepson have also been students for years, and the supportive family environment is not one you typically find at a martial arts school. I encourage everyone to give it a try!

I started my daughter in the children's classes here on the recommendation of friends, and the instruction exceeded expectations. The martial-arts techniques are first-rate, and the cultivation of the values of kindness, respect, and discipline have been every bit as important. Eventually I got envious watching my kid, so I signed up, and now I am totally addicted to the amazingly fun classes. Can't recommend highly enough.
