I joined a little over a month ago for boxing & I love it so much! Carlos and all the coaches are all very welcoming from the start. Every class teaches you something new and they all motivate you to put in the work while improving a little more each time you come in. The coaches are good at giving everyone attention and helping you out when working on new things to make sure you are executing everything correctly. They always check your form, which is something I really value when it comes to coaches/trainers. No matter your level of fitness, expertise or sport background, they have a place for you here. Check them out- you will not be disappointed.

My daughter is originally a dancer but her studio was closed and we looked for something to keep up with exercise. We tried out boxing and she loved it. The coaches and staff are humble and kind. They are willing to go the extra mile as long as the child wants to.
