Love this company. Had James come out to look at my fireplace because it was no longer turning on with the switch. Took him about 10 min to figure out what the issue was (which was impressive considering they were the 3rd company and the others had no idea). Agreed to have it fixed and sure enough it works great and I could not be happier.

We absolutely love our new fireplace! The price was affordable and the process was very fast. A-1 Safety technicians are very knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy at all. They showed us all our options and gave us space to think things over. We went with the white birchwood and black dragon glass. Can't wait to enjoy it even more over the holidays!

I had James and Matthew out to my home last week and was blown away by how profesional and knowledgeable James was. Matthew cleaned my fireplace while James checked everything out. Matthew made no mess and was very methodical about the cleaning. At the end of the appointment I had a much better understanding of my fireplace and feel confident about using it.

Had a fireplace cleaning and some repairs done by two of there representatives Jim and Matt. Very pleased with Jim's explanation of all of the repairs that needed to be done. Very informative, detailed, and the pictures were a nice touch. Would highly recommend.

I have never left a bad review anywhere in my life but I am so disgusted with this company. The customer service is terrible and the rudest people I have ever worked with. I would avoid this place at all cost! I had an appointment from 1-3 which I was prepared to be home by and planned my entire day around. They called in the morning when I was unable to answer my phone so they for some reason decided they couldn’t come. After a few phone calls I was told they would still come at my appointment time. I waited around for a few hours only to be told at 2 by the technicians he can no longer come because he tried to call me in the morning and I didn’t answer. On top of that they were incredibly rude to me about the whole incident.
