Outstanding public servants. The state and county taxes may be nuts, but the city taxes in Carol Stream are generally well spent.

6:30 at night and there is a crew out working what appears to be a water main break. They have plowed all weekend and now this in sub zero temps. I have lived here for over ten years and I can't say one bad thing. Hardworking people!

Just a note to express our pleasure with the way the entire village handled all the various projects along Glen Flora Drive and area streets. The Suburban concete, village engineers and Plote workers have been wonderful. They have been extremely helpful, answered our questions and basically made this entire process bearable.
