Very professional operation! People were efficient and friendly. It was a mechanic's garage with several mechanics working very clean considering what they do. Masks worn by everyone. All and all very pleasant experience.

Zero masks being worn by employees or customers even when making direct contact. Brought my 87 year old grandmother's car in for recall service which is lucky so she doesn't get sick.

I didn't have a good experience. Went and test drove a 2007 Chevy Impala. I liked it and bought it. Got only a mile outside of town when the transmission was grounding and wouldn't go over 20 miles per hour. I took it back and two hours after first test driving the Impala walked out with another car after they solved the issue..

Purchased a used car with the \Oil Changes for Life\ program as an incentive. Up to this date, there have been no issues with feeling welcome. November 4, 2019, I was treated unfairly by the service writer, Ryan. He verbally and through heavy sighs made clear that having a Toyota at a Ford dealership was a clear imposition to his duties in the service department. I was humiliated. Would like to extend my gratitude to the actual technician, 7F, who cut his lunch 30 minutes short to complete my service order. I do acknowledge that he would rather have spent his time harvesting as planned. Thank you.
