I've been going to Bain Dental Carrollton for roughly two years now. In addition to regular cleanings, I've gotten a few chipped teeth repaired, a mouth guard, and a wisdom tooth removed. I've always found their prices to be reasonable, but what sets them apart for me is the staff, which has always been very professional and personable. Constance, in particular, is a gem of a human being.

I have an absolute fear of the dentist. I have so many problems with my teeth and most dental trips can be painful for me. I have had so many horrible experiences with dentists. But EVERYONE at bain dental group in carrollton were so kind and understanding. I felt comfortable and safe. From the receptionist to the dentist and dental assistant, they were all so friendly and so reassuring. They really seem to genuinely care about their patients, and thats hard to find these days.. I would 100% recommend bain dental group in carrollton.

I’m hesitant to post a review, but feel of it will help someone else i should. I went here around 2 years ago (after being without dental insurance for a long time but finally was able to get insurance), I went in for a cleaning and was told what I needed my insurance wouldn’t cover, that I needed deep cleaning and was told it would cost out of pocket around 1,000. I left cried in the car because there was no way I could do that. And ended up never going back. Fast forward to today. I have moved and finally decided I would go to a dentist where I am now, and pay whatever to get my teeth cleaned so I could get back on track. I applied for care credit because I knew I would not be able to pay what Bain Dental Group told me. I go to the new dentist in my town, and had my cleaning done. Was told I had slight build up but no problem. I WALKED OUT NOT PAYING A PENNY. This is 2 years after my visit to Bain Dental, so my teeth should have been worse than before. I was in new dentist for a total of 1 hour and I was done. My teeth look and feel great. I understand lots of people have a great experience at Bain Dental, and maybe I’m just the odd one out. But if you go in and are told like I was, I would suggest getting a second opinion.

I love the hygienist and the dentist in the villa rica office. I do have issue with the billing office staff. I’m on ssdi so my income is very limited so when I went in to get the cleaning done I was told what it would cost. I understand you can’t always nail a price down to the penny and that’s fine. My issue is that my insurance told me that my numbing med was supposed to be payed for. Then the office tells me they don’t charge for numbing meds. Well the bill I get says that I’m liable for and must pay for the numbing meds. It’s a small thing but I don’t like being told one thing and then turn around and billed for it.

Bain dental is a remarkable place to get work done. Everyone is so sweet. I had a root canal done by Dr.Brahmbhatt and Ms.Sheena they made me feel very comfortable. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone!
