Will definitely use again. My roommate hired them for our move a couple days ago and everything went smooth. Matt T and his crew were so professional and move our whole pace to our *new* place in great time. Highly recommend and will definitely be hiring them again for our next years down the road

We have major items that we need mover's help and that's why we called these guys. We had 2 sewing machine tables that were loaded onto their truck and it was tied to the side to prevent from sliding or falling over. When we got to our destination, one of the sewing machines were tipped over and SEVERAL things on it got broken off and unattached which made it not work properly. The other one was also damaged with major components being bent and not work properly, it doesn't even turn on. Very disappointed at this service. Update: 9/8/2020 - we received email replies from Black Tie Moving and last they said that they would be sending a check on 8/20/2020 for the claim that we filed. As of today, we haven't heard anything back...
I highly recommend Black Tie Moving for your moving needs. I have used them for both a local move and most recently for an out-of-state move. The entire team (from scheduling, to concierge service, and move crew) is professional, responsive, and on their \A-game\. They handled my furnishing with care and accommodated my need for a stop at storage as well as my residence. Thank you Black Tie!
Overall your moving staff was kind , showed up on time and moved my things quickly. The fact that I had to ASK your moving staff to wear their masks while they were moving my belongings into my new apartment is the only reason, I'm giving one star. We are in the middle of a pandemic. The young men were very nice. But that doesn't excuse them for not using common sense. The only thing I want your company to do is to make sure that doesn't happen with another client.
Brendan and Bernard were amazing! It would have taken my husband and me an entire day to move our furniture, but they were able to have us completely moved in under two hours. They were nice, kind, professional, helpful, and honest. They completely erased our anxieties of moving. I felt confident that our possessions were safe in their hands. I will recommend Black Tie Moving to everyone I know.
