So sweet here! Y’all I showed up 30-40 mins before they closed wanting a car detail and they were willing to stay late just to accommodate me...Ofcourse I didn’t take them up on the offer because I know what that’s like. My car was brand spanking clean! They did a great job with customer service and quality service! Love them!

Terrible service!!! DON'T GO THERE unless you want to DIE! I'm the loyal customer and I come there to change my oil EVERY TIME. Yesterday, the piece of metal drop partially and hit the ground when I drove on the highway. I had to stop the car immediately and check what happen. I called road ride assistance (100) to tow my car to the body shop. I spent 80 to do the inspection and put the metal back. The inspector said the guy changed my oil only put two screw back, and one of it wasn't tight. (There should be four). I went back to AUTOSPA today, they refuse they stole the screws and can't do anything for this (No credit, no reimbursement, NOTHING!) Like I say, don't go there, they are not ethical at all, don't put yourself in danger. I wish I can give them minus because my kids almost lose their father because of their lazy labors.
Stopped in at the Lube area and got five star service today. Car was running hot and the gentleman there alone took the time to help me and my daughter. Thank you kind sir
Machine wash was good but by the end of the day they just want to get you out literally showed the guy washing my car stain outside the car and he just stood there and also in the name of interior cleaning they just vacuum better to get the 10 dollar machine wash at a gas station and vacuum your self ! And save some money !
Worst Costemer Service of All Time. My wife took her car in for an oil change today. After 30 minutes the manager came out and explained that they didn't have the proper size tool to tr remove her oil pan bolt. So she took it to another business and they told her that the bolt had been completely stripped. She went back and the manager told her to get off of the property wouldn't give his name. It cost 100.00 to repair their mistake. Beware and now the owner is saying he has a video stating otherwise. We are on record as being the ones who called the police. And at the end of the day there is never any excuse to do this
