This is the most unprofessional venue I have ever worked with. They didn’t show up on time for the bridal suite, gave my decorator the hardest time- she was SO upset. On top of that they said one thing and did another. They charged us extra the day of the event for a dessert that was agreed on for a different price. The entire thing felt like a game and a scam. They made my wedding day a horrible experience when they promised me an effortless time. I would absolutely avoid this venue at all costs! There have been many complaints and now I see why... please save yourself and avoid this venue.

Warriors For Worriers

I was married on 10-9-20 This place was so beautiful and amazing. Working with Ms Cathy for about 9months was a pleasure. Everyone was very helpful and nice. My wedding was beautiful. The only thing i didn’t like is that, my reception was over at 12am and the staff start cleaning and throwing away things at around 10:30pm. Causing majority of my guest to feel as if it was over and leave. Overall is a nice place to have an event.

The Dallas Palms helped us host the quinceañera of my daughter’s dreams. Cathy is amazing at what she does. How she transformed the room into a wonderland was magical. Everything was fantastic! Any request we had, no matter how quirky, was accommodated. Everyone at the office was so kind and helpful in the run-up to the event too! If you have a vision for a celebration but no time to execute put your trust in the Dallas Palms and Cathy’s hands – you are sure to be wowed!
