I am grateful that I found this place and that the service was above and beyond. SAM took care of me. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped right away. She was courteous and willing to listen to my needs. I had 2 batteries that I was having issues with them. She was able to look up that they were still under warranty and able to replace them, FREE OF CHARGE. Wow!!! I felt such a relief that I didn't have to hassle with home depot anymore. I will now come here and get all my Dewalt products. Thank you Sam and the service center for making my experience a great 1.

I ordered desperately needed parts (the darn bolt) on Tuesday and it was in my hand on Wednesday. Thank you very much for your prompt service; better and faster than my online order placed on Sunday, which I still have not received yet. Thank you again for doing what you do.
Purchased on Jan 2019. Used drill 4 times since purchased. Stopped working so I shipped it in for repair. A month later, I get a charge on my credit card from dewalt for 110. I can buy a new drill for that price. I called in to inquire and the only answer they gave was we replaced etc, etc and that's it. No answer, no note. Nothing they can tell me other than they charged the credit card because they replaced the parts. Couldn't tell me why it wasn't under warranty. Two weeks later, I haven't received my drill yet (I live 15 mins away from the repair center). I called to inquire. Drill haven't shipped yet but will ship out tomorrow. So... what were they doing with my drill for the last two weeks? Great product, terrible service, worse customer service
Great experience. I love my Dewalt tools. I ran into a couple of operator errors with my drill and chain saw. They were able to show me the correct settings on my drill and how to change the blade on my chainsaw. Always recommend Dewalt.
