Kristy was very knowledgeable and explained what would happen from the beginning. Dr He did a great job in making sure she prepared me for the procedure. This was my second root canal on the tooth so it took a little longer but they made sure I was comfortable. No pain at all. I would recommend them for all procedures like this. Great staff and very friendly.

I was referred by my dentist to have my old root canal redone due to possible infection. This place is fantastic, the staffs are very friendly, and the ambience is relaxing and claiming. Dr He was excellent; she explained everything on what needs to be done. Her skills made my visit painless and very satisfying and the skill of her assistant Leigh Ann was just perfect. I will be recommending this place to my relatives and friends

I had my first root canal done with Dr. He and her assistant, Ashlee, and it was painless! If I need another root canal, I will not hesitate to go back to Dr. He. They were also following CDC guidelines for Covid-19 to keep their patients and themselves safe, which I highly respect.

I HIGHLY recommend Endodontic Associates of Carrollton!... Dr. He was very gentle and kind and explained every single procedure before she did it. I was very nervous and scared when I arrived. The assistant Kristy was awesome as well!... She made me feel very comfortable and even made me laugh a few times. I literally fell asleep during the root canal. Excellent facility!!!!

I had come here on a recommendation from my general dentist for an old root canal of mine, done at a different practice, that was about 5 years old and giving me trouble. Dr. Jenni and her Assistant Ashley were amazing! They were very understanding with regard to my already existing TMJ concerns. But, what stuck out to me the most, was that during the re-doing of my root canal, I was able to fall asleep! Why do I say this is important? Well, my original root canal was not a very pleasant experience or office visit. So, naturally I was a little nervous about having it re-done, because some of those feelings from the initial procedure came back to haunt me. But the wonderful ladies at this office genuinely care about their patients, and I could feel that well enough to be able to take cat nap! They even had a little bite block to help me with my TMJ too. That was a HUGE HELP! Thank you to Dr. Jenni, Ashley, and to the rest of your lovely staff! For giving me the best Endodontic(Spa) experience EVER!!!
