Very professional and reliable I would recommend to anybody had a hot water heater explode at my job and they clean everything up that night. Took about 3 to 4 days for everything to properly dry. The workers were very efficient and adamant about checking the progress of the dehumidifiers. Great service and awesome employees.

The apartment next to ours had a power outage and when the power came back on, it started an electrical fire and they were out of town. Our apartment filled up with smoke and we could hardily breathe. We called 911 and had to evacuate. Our insurance company recommended that we give SERVPRO of Carrollton a call and they were on site within the hour. We were back in our home in just two days. You can't smell any smoke. It is so unbelievable. We would highly recommend them!

From the first phone call to the ending of the project everything was very smooth and easy going on my part. They scheduled the meeting to view the damage and were on time, very polite over the phone I believe the woman I spoke with was Magdalena (or maggy) answer all my questions about the process as well as such a caring and genuinely nice person made it feel like my situation matter to them and was a great person who set everything up. They crew was very professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again!
