I've never visited the shop in person but they went over and beyond recently to fill an order for me. I contacted them for a dog collar I want to give my Dad for Christmas and I needed it shipped quickly. The lady I spoke with on the phone was beyond helpful and I ultimately received the package (neatly gift wrapped) within 3 days! Based on this experience I would highly recommend this shop!
