Excellent customer service. Mid Michigan Truss went above and beyond for us. We’ve had 3 friends and 2 family members use them as well as 2 neighbors and we all couldn’t be happier with the quality of trusses and the customer service. Thank you!!

Some of our trusses were 6 inches too short and others were 6 inches too long. Cost over 3100 to fix, and this company offered us less then half bc apparently our time was worth nothing. Quality was not real impressive either, will be difficult to hang drywall bc of unevenness. 0 stars would be more appropriate.
Screwed up our trusses big time, cost us 3100 to fix them and they only offered us 1500. Even after they admitted fault. Customer service was terrible.
