Everything you read about this horrible place is true. They only want to make excuses for not loading in a timely manner. You will be here for HOURS, so expect them to burn most of your hours. I see alot of responses that they WANT to improve, but I don't see any replies that say they have. Stop making excuses, fix the problem and get drivers loaded in 2 hours tops. It's not rocket science. HORRIBLE!

If I could give negative points on here I would. Driver has been there for over 4 hours and all Maria has to say is that they are very busy. Even so bold as to say we've had trucks here since 10:30 in the morning as if people don't have schedules to keep in this industry. The same 2 trucks at their dock since my driver got there. 4 trucks ahead of him since he got there. I've delivered freight here before but this is the first time one of my drivers has ever had an issue like this and the staff's attitude towards this situation is completely unprofessional. I've lost 2 loads we had to pick up after delivering 10 empty stands (the size of a standard pallet) to this facility. We will never accept any freight going to this location again and I urge all other carriers to do the same.
It takes forever to get loaded. They try to load each trailer to the limit.
I been here since 1145am its now 422pm still not in a door. For a place with only 2 docks should not be fcfs. It should be by appment so that way they don't have a back up of trucks waiting for hours.
3 hours to load then they can't find the paperwork avoid this disaster
Slow people will cut in front of you to scale. They could give to shots about your time...
6 Hours to get loaded and out of here on one load. 4 hours on another. Both local runs. (FCFS 8-5, both trucks arrived before 8am).
Something is wrong here, I waited 4 hours to get in to the dock, while i was waiting reciving unloaded close to 7 trucks, shipping only loaded 1. Maybe you guys should pay the loaders per truck loaded.
