Pleasant staff but they could offer much more competitive pricing on parts and equipment. Their business model forces exorbitant pricing to be passed on to the contractors customers. Unfortunately supporting a trickle-down mentality.

The mechanic who waited on me was polite and listened to me explain what repair was needed. However, when he attempted to enter the info into the computer, Mrs. Rorie was rude and certainly not customer friendly. I left and will not return. I can assure you the response I received was not what you are suggesting. Shall we continue to go back and forth or lets call it a day and a lesson learned.
