The staff were very supportive and warm. All arrangements were completed by telephone and email, so no visit to their facility or face-to-face meeting was required in this time of COVID. The ashes and legal papers were delivered to my home by another empathetic staff person. Our experience could not have been better, frankly. We are grateful.

The staff at Brown Wynn in Cary surpassed all expectations possible. They were very professional but so compassionate at the same time. They were extremely professional from the time my Aunt's body was removed my the home until her burial. The Reverend Sansbury was excellent. The family was very pleased all around. Thank you for taking such excellent care on my dear Aunt.
While it is never a situation that you would look forward to needing funeral services, the staff made the planning as painless as possible. They were very helpful and accommodating and from start to finish it was a smooth process. They were compassionate and supportive and made each step manageable.
We worked with Sherrie Strickland, and the entire experience was extremely smooth. Sherrie answered her emails almost immediately after we sent them to her, and worked with us to put together a service that was perfect for our father.
