DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! As an experienced renter this is the worst and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Clearly, from countless other reviews this is how Casa Bonita chooses to run their business. I'm not surprised to read I had the exact same issues as others: without appropriate notice, office staff will enter your home creating a very uncomfortable environment. They even continued to do this to us during the COVID-19 pandemic, risking our health. Furthermore, the office staff is incredibly rude and enjoy taking advantage of college students. They charged us absurd move out fees including luxury upgrades and refurbishments to the house that they simply wanted to try and con the charges onto unsuspecting college students that they thought would not know their rights. I wish I could give 0 stars. The people who run Casa Bonita are disgusting con-artists that prey on young adults. If you are thinking about renting from them just know you are next. I would also give the company advice to stop trying to save face by purchasing good reviews and replying to bad reviews. If all tenants have the same awful experience isn't it obvious that they are the problem? EDIT: I see the scum at Casa Bonita are desperately trying to lie their way out of the truth on all bad reviews. Court case pending.

I would give negative stars if I could. The most horrible experience. U of A students DO NOT rent from them. Go anywhere but a Casa Bonita rental. I promise you will be happy you did. Terrible service, lying, placing roommates with you who don't pay their rent, property managers coming in at all times without warning, showers that back up with sewage...the list goes on. JUST STAY AWAY FROM CASA BONITA RENTALS!!!! In regards to Casa Bonita's reply to me....that is all FALSE information!! They did place roommates that were complete strangers!!!! They also came in unannounced on numerous occasions. That's great that they stated what Arizona state law is...that doesn't mean that they follow it!!!! NEVER and I mean NEVER rent from these liars!!

Office staff is so rude. We did nothing to the house, was absolutely spotless when we left and they kept my deposit anyways. I would not recommend having to deal with these people for an entire year or longer for a lease. Not worth your time and money.
