Thank all of you! My visit was extremely pleasant. Everyone is professional and efficient. The procedures were non invasive. Shout out to Dee!

Went in when they opened at 730, for walk in chest X-ray. Was told that person that performs these didn’t come in till 8-815, come back or I could wait. Came back 8. Checked in and waited for one hour. Two other customers in the waiting area. They were there when I arrived back at 8. They were in and out. In the meantime, the two ladies sitting at check-in had IHOP delivered and chatted it up while I continued to wait. Not at anytime offering any explanation of the wait. At 915 Dee the technician came out and apologized profusely for the wait and told me her name and again apologized, and I was in and out within 10 minutes of her taking me back. Dee, the technician was very kind asked if I had any questions told me to feel better. If it wasn’t for Dee, I would choose not to go back, as I need more services. Thank you Dee for your kindness.

Front office much more professional then previous office staff. Change in owners is pointing towards a good thing as far as I'm concerned.

I was very happy to come to Casa Grande; my Dr needs the results of this bone density to prescribe me a new medicine. Tried to have the exam in Maricopa where I live, but their equipment is out of order??? Thanks for your help and charging my cell phone; my battery was off. Milena Cancel
