Too bad I can’t give zero stars. I went in to get an ultrasound but I’m too early to get one which is fine. My problem is when I was about to start my exam for my Pap smear, the doctor looks at my forehead and tells me that I should get one of these “wrinkles” taken care of when I’m not pregnant. I don’t remember asking if I needed that done. I believe I came in for ultrasound. If I asked for your opinion on that then I would have appreciated it. I know you specialize in Botox but I didn’t come for that. And then you also told me I was too young to have that on my forehead. Well I’m also too young to have that so mind your business. And towards the end of my visit you came out a room after a phone call and seen me sitting in the waiting room and asked me if I had checked out. I told you they told me to wait for you to be off the phone to see what else I needed. You rolled your eyes towards me and told me just tell them you need an ultrasound in 2 weeks. I don’t know why I even came here if I’m going to be treated like that. If it was such an inconvenience for me to be there don’t worry I’m not coming back. Screw your appointment I’ll find someone who cares

This is my place that I go to for medical care. The doctors take the time to listen to you and to work with you. they are not \pill pushers\ like I have had the misfortune of going to in the past. Both husband and wife listen and work with you when you say you want to try the natural first. The front office staff are professional and polite, the back staff like the person who takes the blood is very personable and makes it a pleasant experience as I hate giving blood. I cannot say enough about all persons in this doctors office. My husband also goes her and really connected to \Rob\ as he does listen.

The appointments here never run on time, be prepared to be seen an hour after your scheduled appointment. If the dr sends out your prescription just ask for the paper prescription and drop it off yourself cuz the majority of the time she “forgets”. Also if your trying to get a hold of the office on Friday’s don’t bother the girls at the front desk don’t answer the phone. I came in and the front desk girl came in the small packed waiting room in front of every body and Stated “your here for (reason for my apt.) right?”. Save your time and go somewhere else.
