Called them for a ride home from the airport, they said it would be an hour, I said fine, I just want to get home to Council Bluffs, the dispatcher said he'd call me in an hour before they sent a driver over, I said, sure, no problem, I'll be at the United Terminal, 2.5 hours go by and no calls, ended up catching another service home. I wouldn't trust them to clean my toilet, horrible company.

After dealing with the rudest person who answers the phone to dispatch the drivers and they informed me how long it would be I agreed and waited the alotted amount of time called back to see how much longer he thought it would be he was rude in saying they were doing the best they could in taking care of \their other customer\ like I was not a priority. Which may not have come out right but sounded awful!! When nobody showed up after 2 hrs which was a full hour after the original stated pick up time I made arrangements with a family member due to an emergency. My suggestion to casino cab if your consistantly having these issues maybe hire more employees so 1. Your current employees aren't so stressed and can deliver the level of customer service they should 2. Customers can receive the revel of care they pay for and receive from other cab companies.
I had a ride pick up already scualed and they where not on time and my husband called them and they where running behind and said it would be 30 mins,and then a cab dropped someone off here at the hospital and I went out to get in the cab,can driver saw me and drive off.This is a bad company,I will never call them for a ride again.
They driver was very helpful & pleasant.
Five stars and the gentleman was able to talk to me and not just providing services
