I reached out to one of the sales people because I needed a car. I let them know I was interested in one of their vehicles and it happened to be Corey whom I was interacting with. He said he was willing to help and that he was going to get something going on the car I was interested in. He didn't let me know any progress or what I needed to do. I even asked him to reach out to me. I still didn't get a response and it's been more than 48 hours. In the meantime I ended up going elsewhere and am buying a Mercedes because someone else was willing to work with me. I work in customer service and I know what it takes to keep someone happy, even if it is not great news. You guys need to work on that. They could have had another sale but instead, I felt the need to leave this review and cannot recommend Castle

Great selection of high end vehicles and very friendly stuff. I work with Jesus at the dealership. Very professional and was able to guide me thru the selection of vehicles. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and make it easy to get the car I wanted. I highly recommend Jesus and Castle Auto Sales!

I wish could give them 10 stars I would. such a great experience, wonderful people that really want to help you to find what you are looking for. The owner is very kind and understanding he will do anything so you can get the best deal. overall everybody is super nice and helpful. for sure from now on this will be only place I will buy my car from.

After months of searching, my son found the car he wanted at Castle (300 miles from our house!). He spoke at length on the phone. Everyone he spoke with was wonderful. No pressure. Real information from knowledgeable folks. He ended up working with Jesus....this dude went completely out of his way to make this literally an awesome experience. We rode the bus from Portland to Seattle. Jesus took an hour round trip and picked us up, took care if us and even bought us donuts! Totally cool, professional, wonderful guy. Simply amazed he's a car salesman! Lol. Still SMH over his awesome service. Additionally, he found a small issue with the car and wouldn't let us go....he got the part from a local parts place and had it installed while we ate lunch. Saved us a potential hassle not to mention . Can't recommend this place and, in particular, Jesus, enough.
