Castle has been managing our property for over a year now and they have been wonderful. They handle all problems that arise with our property, collect the rent and deposit our funds promptly without fail. Best of all is that they are on hand to check any issues at the house and give guidance on what is or is not a reasonable request. Helpful when you are unable or do not want to go check on it yourself.
CPM has been great throughout. They are very professional in their dealings and are very responsive to Maintenance requests and are always working hard to make their tenants happy.
Castle Management makes everything so much easier. Their communications are timely and quick and they are very proactive in identifying potential issues with the property and mapping out options for how to proceed.
