I truly do hate that this was your experience and the impression you have of CATALYST CONSTRUCTION. That truly is not how we do business and any of our 100 employees, from our Raleigh office to our Greenville office to the Charlotte office will tell you that we do everything to stay in communication with our employees and truly do look out for them; one of those ways is by being accessible to them 7 days a week as well as our Contractors. This does sometimes mean not being able to answer every call that comes in and let me tell you that we get a lot of calls daily. Which is why our doors are open for anyone to stop by the office and either speak to the recruiter, myself, OR fill out an application.
