I had a fantastic experience with this company. When I found out I had a rodent problem, I called them on a Saturday and they were able to come out within a couple hours. The technician was super helpful, professional and knowledgable. I was really impressed with how thorough they were- they also took all COVID precautions. They came back to check on the problem two subsequent times, free of charge. I will definitely be using them again for future maintenance and recommend them to others!

Suppose to take care of my rodent problem but I learned today they have been spraying for ants ,bugs and roaches. I am not paying them to spray for things I don't have. I want them to take care of the problem I do have and what I am paying for.

I found a snake skin in my basement and just contacted All Star Pest Management for service. Their website states that they can come out to deal with Pest Removal; however, when I called the woman who answered told me that I have to sign up for a quarterly service to even have a person inspect the property. I've used pest services before and while most of them offer quarterly services they also make one-time house calls for service. This company has a lot of good reviews so I'm disapointed.
