Went here years ago and had a bad experience. I've heard a lot of bad things as well with this dealership from other people. We decided to give them a try again for ourselves today and went in to test drive a car and see what deal they can give us for a lease. We worked with Desirae and at first she seemed like a nice sales woman who eventually ended up getting us a decent deal for a trade toward the lease. That said we had a specific budget that was tight and we couldnt go over so we didnt take the deal. We didnt think we would be signing anything today we more just wanted to test drive and see. Desirae had some inappropriate comments along with facial expressions that were not appreciate for the job she has. Instead of helping us out and explaining certain terms she was using, we got some sassy responses. For example \if you want a different salesperson and you dont like me feel free to go somewhere else.\ (we made no mention or any suggestions as to not liking her, we had a different definition in our head for a term that she used and she didnt explain.) It was a Friday and it was later in the afternoon so we may have just caught her on a bad day but if you're trying to sell cars your attitude from the sales person should be helpful and positive.

I recently purchased a new F-150 from Lacy. My salesperson Desirae was extremely helpful and made this an easy decision for me. She was informative and polite without rushing me into a decision. She had the answer to any question that I had and really made the buying experience a pleasant one. She even dropped off the vehicle and paperwork to me at work. Purchased a used 2014 Chrysler Town & Country to replace my Honda mini van, which had been stolen in Albany (!) and really, really needed a car and really liked the minivan when I saw it on the RC website. I drove down quickly to Catskill to test drive it and it hadn't been serviced or cleaned at the time, but I really just wanted to see if I liked it at all. Juan was there and it was a Sunday and he stayed to help me and everyone else who came in that day, all by himself, while watching his phone to see if his wife had gone into labor! He was very laid back and up front with me and took the time to answer my extensive list of questions. He had the car serviced and cleaned and we went back to drive it again and decided we wanted to buy it. Because of his baby circumstance, some others had to help out here and there with various questions/needs during the process and they were EXTREMELY nice and accommodating. At one point, when it was time to pick up the van, my ride back out on me and one of the customer service ladies even offered to pick me up in ALBANY and drive me and my kids down to the dealership on her way to work the next day. It was a great experience all around and we are really happy with our van. Thanks!!
