More often than not on hold for over an hour when looking to order parts. If your call drops they dont call back. They have a convenient press 1 to hold your place in line and get a call back but senond in line and 2 days later still waiting for that call. Customers need parts to keep YOUR equipment running CE Fix this. Carrier used to be a good place to deal with

Just a drug test is required to work here. Same expected service as Grainger. You do all the leg work and give them the part # and still can't seem to get right. Expect long wait even if you place the order in will call. Good job. Expect long wait with maybe 2 counter people if you're lucky working at any given time. 12/6 Wow again only one person working counter. Just another reason to go elsewhere.
