Excellent customer service brings customers back time after time. The sales staff here is very helpful! They are so knowledgeable and definitely go above & beyond. Every employee we encountered was making eye contact & offering assistance. We drove 2 1/2 hours to shop here on Saturday, September 5, 2020 & it was a great day trip for us. Quality products, their employees are well informed about the products for sale. Bravo ScheelsWell done!

101% happy with their gun department. I was out of town for work and found the gun I wanted their as a display gun. Blake (who was super knowledgeable) showed me a better option for a scope and bi-pod than it was displayed with and I’m loving the setup. Best part was both options he showed me for my Black Rain 6.5 were cheaper but totally worth it. Awesome job up there in Cedar Falls. I’m happy with calling it quits shopping at Dicks/Field and Stream in Davenport and taking the trip up to buy my firearms from you.
Very friendly and helpful! We bought over the phone from another state. They were very knowledgeable and it was an amazing experience !!!! We will be buying form them again!
Great and friendly staff. Was on vacation and they were very helpful in obtaining temporary Iowa fishing license and then a rod and reel setup. I will go back on my next trip.....the staff really gets it.
I made an order via telephone to have an item transferred to a store near me. Everyone was so friendly and helpful . They were courteous and explained the process of purchasing and how to pick up my item very clearly. This was an item I really wanted and was delighted at how fast the process was and how reasonable the price was, too.
