I am always in and out of this place! The workers are on point and knowledgeable of their craft. Everything is always fresh and warm. It is also always clean in this shop. When I go to this mall I always make sure and stop by Wetzel's for a warm treat! With so many flavors you are for sure going to please everyone in you family. From sweet to savory, they got it!

Too many workers and low quality service I had to wait 40 minutes to get my complete order They kept messing up the order at the end I got the order cold,dry and ended up in the trash.

If you want some overpriced greasy dough, be my guest. If you get the ones sitting under the heat lamp, you can tell that they're old and they get too greasy. The wait for a fresh one is too long. The price is just simply ridiculous for a simple pretzel, but it's the only convenient salty/savory snack that's available to grab as you shop so I often have to settle for this if I'm extremely hungry. The staff isn't too bad. They're young so they still have room to improve on their customer service skills.
