Achieve Integrative Health helped change my life and get my body back in balance. At my first visit I was a mess from stress-- my heart, liver, digestion, circulation... everything was weak, out of balance and I felt horrible most days. I had very little energy, LOTS of stress, horribly tight muscles, and wasn't sleeping well most nights-- and I had developed tinnitus and bad tremors. After less than three months of treatments, with acupuncture, herbs, scraping, and exercise, I was feeling more like myself. Now, I sleep well most nights, handle stress WAY better, my muscles have loosened significantly, my circulation continues to improve, my organs are improving and getting stronger, the tremors are gone, and the tinnitus is trending down and doesn't bother me much most days.
