If I no longer liked my primary care physician I would switch to Dr. Dandekar. I did not feel rushed at all. And she patiently answered all of my questions, specifically about testing to rule out Covid. The MA was also delightful, a bit chatty, but a welcome relief from almost rude.

Great Place, Great staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Butler. Over the years, my son and I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to bee seen. Dr. Butler and the nurses have been professional, informative, friendly, and have always put us on a track to better heath.

As a trans woman, when calling to book appointments, they insist on misgendering me despite the notes in my file and my explanation of preferred name. There is no apology when I correct them. It really feels as though some really ignorant and outdated points of view are being brought to the forefront. It's so completely unacceptable for workers in a medical field to act this way; This should be a safe place to discuss your unique medical situation, but clearly it's not. I won't be going back again.

We see Dr. Wheeler for my baby's pediatrician. He approves of her, so we do too. The nurses are all kind and good with children too, which is a plus. Especially with masks on. My baby doesn't like them. He'll pull mine down often when out and try to get me to interact with him, try to smile at me. ARC staff didn't get upset when he did this in the private room. I was grateful.

I almost died! 2 COVID tests, 1 flu test - all negative. 45 days of coughing and vomiting and the doctor sends me home with regular medicine and says HONEY IS GOOD FOR YOU, eat honey. I had already tried honey. I then go to the hospital because I was unable to go to ARC for a 4th visit (constant vomiting) knowing they wouldn’t help. I tested positive for COVID and was dehydrated. Had to go back a few days later and spent 2 days in ICU and 3 more days in another unit to recoup from pneumonia. Was told I would have died in my sleep within 24-48 hours had I not gone back to the ER. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO ARC and especially don’t see DR ASWINI RAJAN!!
