New to the area I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Yaun. I was extremely impressed with him as he was very thorough, clear and easy to be with. He gave me a great eye exam with a new prescription. I decided to use the facility to purchase new glasses but on the day of my exam it was fairly crowded and there was no one available to help me look through the frames. I left and arranged a new date and time to return and look. When I returned, I followed COVID19 protocol for trying on frames but once again, there really was no one available to help so I shifted through frames alone then settled on a pair that Tommy said, 'yeah, they look okay on you'. I bought them (on a Thursday) and left. I have a narrow fit and it's REALLY hard to find frames that look good on me. Fortunately I took a some pics of me with the frames on then shared with a few friends. They all said...NO those frames are too big on you. First thing Monday morning I called to cancel the order. They said they were already in process with the Lab and there was going to be a 25% restocking fee. Over a 100 I had to pay to cancel the order. I find this unacceptable considering they said it would take up to 14 days to get my glasses back yet the 'LAB' had already started making them by the following Monday morning. Really? The manager was extremely terse and uncompromising with me. Even though she said they didn't submit my order to the lab until Friday 'THEY' had already started the process. To say the least I was very disappointed with the end result. I liked Dr. Yuan very much but the staff needs some major customer coaching. Or maybe this is just their way of doing business.

Dr. McCarty was so patient with my twin daughters and explained each test he was going to do so they understood and felt comfortable. All of the staff were kind and helpful.

Very pleased with the service I received here. From the 1st phone call to the end of my visit. The scheduling coordinator that came out to greet me was very nice. Nena was amazing and thorough. Also very knowledgeable. Absolutely loved Dr Yuan! He took his time with me and was very informative and helpful. I didn’t feel rushed at all and I LOVE that. He was very personable which is much appreciated! Mark and Sarah who helped me with getting my RX filled were so sweet and very helpful! I haven’t been to the eye doctor in over 10 yrs and I am thoroughly pleased and will continue to follow up there! God’s blessings!

Very good facility- loved that they prepped the room before I entered so that I would get specialized safe care! The doctor is informative & amazing!

Cedar Park Eye Care came highly recommended, but unfortunately their COVID precautions prevented me from being able to schedule annual eye exams for my elementary-aged children unless I was willing to leave two of them unsupervised in my car at a time while I accompanied the other to their exam. This is an unreasonable request that I am currently unable to accommodate as the spouse of a deployed military member and without another adult available to assist with supervision. We are happy to undergo temperature checks, screenings, and wear masks, but this is not a feasible policy. Luckily another local eye care clinic was more reasonable.
