Poor experience. Way over priced. Poor customer service. Had to wait for the 4 employees to stop their side conversations and games. Pretzels dough was raw. Had to wait 12 minutes even though I was the only customer. Never again.

Love these pretzels when they are hot and fresh. We almost always stick with the parmesean pretzel or parmesean bites. Staff has always been courteous. Our favorite blended drink is the frozen strawberry lemonade, a delicious blend of sweet and tart. Not diet friendly though!

So, normally my experience is very great! But this past Sunday I was in and I had several young ladies about my age helping me out and were very rude. Rolling their eyes, giving attitude when I asked for water cups, and overall not very polite. The lady making our food, Kadence I believe was not very cooperative. We had a huge layer of the parm cheese at the bottom, and was being disrespectful and not responding. Then as soon as we walked away was very talkative to a customer she seemed to know. Great place, not a great experience.

I find their bites to be just what I like as I stroll the Mall. My brother also just introduced me to their strawberry flavored lemonade. Delightful!

Poor customer service. Didn't ask what kind of cheese I would like. Made me pay 1 extra for the cheese I did want. No apology. I'll go to Target next time.

5 stars for pretzels and service. The fountain pop not tasty. It's like drinking chemicals get a bottled drink and cup of ice.
