Cedar Crest is a pleasant surprise, access to a top shelf Manager and an Olympic size pool are generally only at a much higher price, we have lived at lot # 90 almost 20 years and have never had an issue of any kind, great concern for tenant safety as well as quiet. Great choice as an option to save money while you live well we recommend that you try it for yourself.

Better considered as a senior living not family friendly if you have young children and/or pets best to stay away biggest headache I’ve ever had living anywhere seriously regret it mind you we own the trailer I would have been better off in an apartment
This is a mobile home community. I bought a trailer in here for two years and the neighbors are really nice. I actually have the trailer to my son shock still lives there.
Keep jacking up the lot rent and neighbors play their music like they're at a concert
