The worst place that you can choose to live. Not reliable leasing office. Once you ask them about everything, they show you the best option. They direct you to online reservation and if you ask them about the apartments they say you may select each apartment as you wish (we asked them 3 times if they are going to change the selected apartment and they said if you select an apartment online, they will not change it). The point is that they are not helping you and change your apartment based on their opinion and force you to live there because you have signed the online contract! Please consider that they just want to take advantage of your online contract and they change your selection and don’t care about your opinion. I am so sorry for centennial court for making these kinds of problems especially for their new students with lots of other problems.

Centennial court is my first apartment in the United States, it has a great environment, very good facilities and very lovely RA. Centennial court will often organize activities to help everyone understand each other, enrich our lives. Maintenance services are always very timely. This year, all the utilities fees will be exempted, it makes Centennial court more value. I love Centennial court and hope you will also :)

I lived at Centennial Court for 2 years and I would recommend this place to any student! The rates are affordable, rooms are the perfect size for a student, and the family/community environment topped it all. The managers, RA’s, and the maintenance team are very inviting, friendly, and welcoming. They go above and beyond for any concerns or issues I had, and throw amazing events for their residents. They have great amenities for a student. Clubhouse was huge, 2 swimming pools, beach volleyball, and laundry rooms! The utilities were included, appliances provided, and furniture (if you wanted). Overall, it was a great experience for my first few years of college!

I lived at Centennial Court apartments while I attended UTA. It is right across the street from the University, so the walk to school is perfect, and it takes less than 5 minutes! The rates are super affordable. They are the cheapest in the area! Also, since new management has taken over, pest control is better than it ever has been, roommate conflicts are at an all time low, and they finally installed reliable WiFi! They’ve been updating the complex since I left, but I keep tabs on everything, so way to go new management and thanks for being the change the residents want to see! Definitely would recommend to any college student looking for housing!

I lived in a 2 Bedroom Furnished Apartment and enjoyed my stay here. The Rooms are big enough for one person. The maintenance team is good and attend to your complaints timely. The RAs are friendly and helpful. Apart from the cost of the apartment you are required to pay a Utility Bill which comes once every 2 Months or so and ranges from 15-30. Pros: 1. If you want a single room to yourself, this might be the cheapest one on campus(@ UTA). 2. Personal washrooms with the rooms(For 2 Bedroom Apartment Units). 3. RAs are friendly. 4. Great proximity to UTA Campus(5 mins) and MAC(7-10 mins). Cons: 1. You are responsible for cleaning the outside of your apartment. In my 2 Years of stay, I have never seen someone coming to clean the stairs or outside lobby.
