REGARDING THE SECURITYT-Last night at the Salt Palace One of your security used aggressiveness towards my daughter and my son in-law and there was no need considering we had the backstage credenitals that were needed, he grabbed my daughter with excessive force for going back stage where she had beent, she had left to the bathroom and was Going back in,, my son in law asked FRANK to not grab her like that so he then pursed to grab my son in law by the shirt and took him outside and pushed him, there was no reason for this, there was no fighting I feel the security guard should have handled this better considering he is a SENIOR SECURITY GUARD, , this was very WRONG he could have handled way much professionally

Terrible management service. Was at a concert at the Union and they detained a friend for a fight that they did not start while the other guy enjoys the show and they claim it was to "separate them". Wouldn't surprise me if the guy bribed them with money. DO NOT HIRE THEM TO MANAGE YOUR EVENT unless you want to be disappointed and be liable for sketchy services.

Only a few doors open to enter maverick center. No one guidiing people where to go. Line was wrapped around building. A few lazy ass works not doing anything. 1hr wait to get in. Once inside long lines again. Without using all possible spots to serve more guests. Horrible. Missed most of band i came to see.
