Great experience and worth the drive from Romulus - this is the store with the wheelchair showroom. This is my 1st wheelchair - felt overwhelmed and quite bummed pulling up to the store. Went inside and was greeted within 3 steps of the door, welcomed, and directed to the showroom in the back. The waiting area in the showroom was comfortably spaced out. While there was a bit of a wait because there was only 1 person working back there at that time, other staff came back to check on us and update us - I didn't feel forgotten. When it was my turn, I was met by a very friendly associate (Marci) who made this an excellent experience. She was very thorough and helpful in making sure I had what I needed to get me as comfortable as possible since part of this challenge was finding something small and maneuverable enough in my smaller, older house, and light enough that I can manage it on my own if I have to. Marcy made sure we knew all the details on operation and care of my new power wheelchair with no pressure and no nonsense. I am grateful that she was there for my 1st wheelchair experience. The restrooms were stocked with soap, paper towel, and disinfectant and appeared clean upon entering. The store seems organized and clean overall. I will definitely be coming back to this store for my next assistive device.

It's a well stocked medical supplies store. Service could be a lot better at the front desk. Tammy in the back is great though

Terrible place to work! RUN!!! management does not care about you whatsoever. I only had 1 manager I liked. They give you PTO but don’t let you use it. I’ve been much happier since I’ve left this toxic job. Shoved in an attic all day with no windows, so it’s depressing, dusty and very outdated. Stairs are very dangerous and falling apart, no elevators. Computer system is as old as a dinosaur. They’ll push you to switch departments and screw you over if you tell them you’re overwhelmed. Some coworkers in some departments are rude if you called and asked them to do their job. Very uncomfortable environment. Such a depressing job. They also do not take Covid seriously. Bye Binsons!

Had a small problem today with my husband's CPAP machine and brought it in for repair to the wonderful guys in the Center Line respiratory department. The problem with the machine was my husband's fault, but the guys were so sweet and kind, they fixed the issue explained how the problem occurred and then I was out the door! Less than 15 minutes from start to finish and all is now well again on the CPAP front. Could not be happier with my experience.
