Rich, Ray and Mike installed our system and they were great. They were respectful of my property and sensitive to all family members. They did an excellent job with the installation, communicated regularly and answered all questions and worked with me on all requests. Highly recommended.

I called Bob of Central Jersey Security Cameras for an emergency installation of cameras and alarm for my elderly parents. He was a good listener and did his best to accommodate my needs and schedule. The workers that came were professional, patient, and did a great job. No matter how many times my parents or I asked questions, they were polite and repeated themselves as often as necessary. The job was clean, everything was moved back, and the product will help me to make sure my mother turns the stove off, does not run out in the middle of the night and also allows me to talk to her anytime I need to. This is not the first time I used their service. They helped me with my mother in law when she was in an assisted living. I usually don't bother leaving a review for a business, but this company earned this recommendation.
I am very pleased with the expert and professional service and the "can do" attitude we received from the Bob and his team at Central Jersey Security Cameras with the installation of our home 8-Camera CCTV system. What is especially important to point out is how their Technical Leads, Adam made sure I understood the features and operation of the system. The Service after install was instant... as I requested a minor tweak, they arrived the same morning of my request - and made sure I was completely satisfied. Bob and his team did a great job on my home security camera installation! They were professional, courteous & knowledgeable. Mike & Ray made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. This is not a company that installs your system and forgets about you. Nearly a year later I called CJSC due to a router issue. Bob was very quick in getting my DVR working again. Dave and his team came out to give me an estimate on a new camera system. They were very informative and they put together a package that best suited my needs. Their pricing was very competitive and their response time was great. They came for the estimate on the same day as my call. They came to install the following week. From start to finish, I had a great experience and highly recommend! The owner Bob, came out quickly to do the estimate and was kind, courteous, and made recommendations based on my needs. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly for the installation. David, Ray, and Adam did the installation - they are great! Friendly, courteous, thorough and very helpful. They took the time to walk me through the systems and apps, and always made sure my questions were answered. They seemed to work well as a team and made me feel safe and comfortable through the process. Each time I had to set or input a password, they consciously turned away so they couldn’t see the password I was putting in. They were conversational and made me feel like they enjoy what they do. And extra brownie points for giving me compliments on my house :). Highly recommend!
