The guy on the desk has a very dry sense of humor. He's a straight shooter. I think Hank Hill would be a little impatient with him at times--though he does have to put up with Gribble's shenanigans at times, so who knows?

Rented a tractor with front bucket and small backhoe, for the weekend. Got it home use it for about 2 hours on the first day. Next morning it wouldn't start. Had it for the weekend suppose to have it back by 7:30 Monday morning called them up and they brought me another tractor and give me 2 days to use it no extra charge. I thought that was great. They took care of me. Will definitely be going back for more, they were great to take care of the problem.
