I called AAA Fire to go out to fix a pin hole leak in my fire suppression system in one of my commercial buildings. I got a bill for over 1700 and they said it took 12 hrs to repair. The receptionist for the unit said they were only there for 4 hrs. I called them to confront them about it and they said they would get back to me and they never did. Several months later I had a similar leak (pin hole) in the same unit and 1st Fire Safety fixed it for 350. AAA is a rip off!!! I highly suggest 1st Fire Safety for any hydrant testing, backflow testing , or fire suppression system repairs or maintenance.

Less than impressed with AAA Fire & Safety. We got the run around for over a week to have our fire suppression system checked. Spent an entire day waiting around for them when they said we had an 8:30 am appointment. No call and no show. The price was expensive too. Contacted another company and paid 1/2 of what AAA was going to charge and they were here the next business day after our first call. We will not do business with AAA Fire Safety.

I dropped off 14 fire extinguishers for servicing earlier this year. They failed to give me a copy of the intake servicing form when I dropped them off (half sheet of white paper). I go back two weeks later to pick up my extinguishers only to find out that they have no record of me bringing in any fire extinguishers. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I had to spend over 1200 for replacements at a competitor to cover for their mistake. I pulled all company accounts from this place. I'll never go back.

I have worked for a major State agency for 11 years. One of my responsibilities is to be a liaison contact with the fire safety company that inspects our fire extinguishers and sprinkler system. AAA Fire & Safety holds the contract. I have interacted with several of their employees on the phone (Trish) and in person (Mike Maloney and Kevin). They have always been very professional. Trish always returns my calls and ensures I have accurate invoices. Mike and Kevin conduct full inspections as quickly as possible without interfering with our business flow and customers. Mike even caught one area that did not have the proper type of extinguisher and was able to immediately upgrade to a new one to meet safety codes. Because of their attention to detail, I feel confident in the use of their emergency equipment to keep the public and fellow employees safe.

Highly recommend! Very fast and always early. I have been using them for many years now and will always use them in the future. Mike is a great guy and makes the the day go by very fast with his witty and funny personality.
