It’s now going on 2 months and I’m still waiting for my toll waiver to be processed. The 1st time I called in a rep lied and told me my application was still being processed. I then had another rep explain to me that they declined my application and I had to email them asking that my previous vehicle be removed and submit a new application. So I did. It’s nearly been another month and still nothing. Keep in mind I’ve had to call in and follow up. A month past and I received no notification my application was declined or info on what I needed to do. I’m still waiting for my toll waiver.

Biggest RIP off ever..can anyone explain how you can get a toll leaving the airport heading east and turn south on 973?? They could not either but I've had to pay it 3 time now 2 of them racking up 5X the amount of the original bill I never saw in late fees..I never used the finger toll.

Horrible company. Long hold times. I had to call them twice in the past week. Both customer service reps lied to me. I even caught the second one in his lie. He apologized and said there was nothing he could do about the well-known issue. He confirmed that they have been getting lots of calls about the issue , and all he can do is take the payment for it. I don't blame the guy on the phone. The lie I was told by both reps is obviously coming from above. They wasted over an hour that I didn't need to.

Absolutely awful, I was charged a 45 late fee for a 3.83 bill that I never saw. Somehow this private company is able to have the Texas State government not allow your license to be renewed if you don't pay their scam. A complete abuse of power of a private company using the government. I have never had a single issue with TxTag and I only wish that CTRMA has their license to own Texas toll roads revoked and transferred to TxTag
