Absolutely THE worst! I would never recommend taking your vehicle to this facility. Paid 1500 to have battery cables improperly in stalled. Driver got 9 miles down the road and cables had melted-- truck lost all power- On a busy highway, for his safety the unit had to be towed. Once this was repaired- discovered electrical is bad so now we are talking another 2500 and more down time... They have refused to pay total amount for this. I went back and forth with them for two weeks only to be told their mechanic says he did not put the cables on wrong.(i have pictures) and they will not argue with me anymore-- they will NOT pay the tow bill, because that's just something they do not do. WHAT! They caused this issue! Left my driver stranded on the side of the road because truck lost all power due to their shoddy work on a busy highway. So now I am out 3300 for tow cost and electrical, not to mention the down time for my truck...WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

Not great customer service. Too slow. You must lucky going to wait more than 2 hours.
I work for a business called Equipment Works Inc. We do a lot of business with Central Truck Center because of their exceptional and outstanding customer service. I tend to deal with David, Junior, or Crystal on the parts counter. These two gentlemen and gal really know there stuff. They have gone above and beyond. I also tend to deal with driver Eddy a lot very courteous and professional. I couldn't ask for better kind of people to order parts from on a daily basis. Keep up the good work guys and lady! You ROCK!
