I have been a patient for about a year. I moved so my family doctor recommended this place, even with big shoes to fill. I have been happy here. I haven’t had issues with wait time or anything. The only downside I have found is the new patient scheduling isn’t so nice. My husband never goes to the doctor and when he needed to be seen they couldn’t schedule him for about a month because he hasn’t been seen in over a year, I feel typical of most men. I’ve never had an issue with communication and in fact think they are great!! Office staff is very friendly and helpful!!

I had an annual physical with Dr.L. It is a five minutes of conversation during which I asked him to listen to my lungs (my lungs are weak and i have a recurrent bronchitis/pneumonia with chest pain). He said if the pain was persistent, then it was normal. The nurse forgot me in the exam room after the doctor left. So I had to wait 20 mins in the room and felt a need to check on the nurse. She was surprised to see me. And rushed my session for the blood work. I had intended for a flu shot too, thanks to the nurse skipped that. I scheduled another annual physical for my wife because it is use it or lose it at the end of the year. that one got canceled by the doctor at the last minute. it is impossible to reach the front desk by phone. forget about that option.

While the Office visit for my annual physical was OK, I had some lab tests done. The doctor was supposed to review the blood test results and get back with me. No one did. It's been 3 weeks of me trying to get a hold of Dr. Gandharv Telhan using \My Chart\ email, and several phone calls and no one called me back. They have terrible customer service. My family and I will be switching to a different provider

Called for an appointment, after tired of holding I used the online schedule the message promoted which was rather easy. However, after waiting for a month for the appointment I booked online for an 83 year old who just moved to VA, they called and cancelled it saying no doctors are accepting patients there. I could have taken her to see a Dr. a month ago, but waited for the convenience of seeing Dr. in my town to limit time off work. Now we had to reschedule at another location, hopefully they don't cancel.

First saw Dr. L who prescribed medications. After 5 days I was feeling worse than before. Went back to see Dr Islam who proceed to tell me I had some sore of virus without even examining me and without reading that I have Asthma. They also claim to have a 4.8 out of 5 rating but most reviews I have red are bad so I don’t know where they get that number from.
