Didn't have a good experience purchasing from them. Sales agent was rude. Update: I got some material exchanged because they didn't give me the right size and they said they will refund my original amount. The sales agent kept telling me for a month that the refund has been done but I never got it. After calling them numerous number of times because the sales agent didn't have the courtesy to call me, I then found out that there was a problem in their system and that the amount may not have been refunded. I eventually wanted to talk to the manager which was the owner of the company himself, and he didn't even want to listen to what I had to say. He just wanted to cut me short by saying I will talk to the sales agent and see if we are going to give you refund and hung up on me. It's a company run by rude people who have no idea about customer service.
