great experience from begin to finish . The initial issue with my refrigerator was hard to figure out , which entailed the technician returning to our home on more than one occasion. Our faithful technician Dave stayed on top of things and even reached out to manufacturer for a solution. Other thing that was nice was to have technician arrive on time and complete work in a neat and timely manner .

DO NOT USE! The worst experience I've received from any service. Our dryer broke back in November, we called, they sent someone out, needed to order a part, part came in, guy came back to fix it....the dryer went through 3 cycles before reverting back to the existing problem. When we called to see if we can speak to a technician again to see what might still be wrong, the reception said they didn't have anyone available for 1 week and said she would have someone call us back. We waited, called back, and same girl said, "we don't have anyone for 2 weeks, best of luck with your problem." then hung up. We called back to see if we got disconnected because the conversations had been pleasant up to that point, sure enough, she picked up and hung up again. We called from different numbers and she was doing the same thing. We go to the address listed on google....the property manager said they never had tenant in that building under that address nor have they even had a virtual business use that address. Now we are left concerned on who was sent to our house. DO NOT USE!!!

Generator install. Generac 22kw. Good professional from first meeting to generator commission. Chandler and Jayce were the installers. They did from trenching gas line to electrical job in a timely and professional manner, answering any question I had. Nathan did the initial visit and was also very professional. You could tell that the county inspector had confidence in their task as well Worth the money for the confidence in a work done right. pleased I recommended them to my neighbor and would feel confident with other HVAC work I might need.

Had Kayden out a few weeks ago to take a look at my kitchenaid dishwasher. Turns our the motor was dead. Kayden was able to get the new part and get eveything repaired. He did a wonderful project and was carful in the home. Was glad I found this company and Kayden. Will be using them in the future.

I called to request a washer repair. The person who answered the phone put me on hold to check the availability then came back 15 seconds later and quickly said there are no upcoming available appointments for the following week and hung up the phone on me.
