My wife and I were searching for new equipment on the internet and we found some inexpensive stuff (of course) so we went over to Blue Horizons Dive Center to see if we could touch and feel this stuff and maybe try on the BCD's. Well we met Kelly and were immediately interested in what Kelly had to say, so we stayed after hours with her while she educated us on her free time and were glad we did. We went home with some fins, masks, and snorkels. Still thinking about all the information Kelly filled our brains with. We went back the next day and purchased the BCD's and Regulators. It is so much nicer to support the local people then buy stuff on line from people you never get to share any personal experience with. We are very happy with the choices and service we received and look forward to returning for more educational instruction, LOL Thanks Kelly John & Lisa

Blue Horizons Dive Center, their staff, store, students and other associates are top notch! I have never worked with or been instructed by a more professional group of individuals in all my career. They go above and beyond to ensure that you have all the appropriate equipment, knowledge, accessories and knowledge. Their network of other Dive professionals, Dive trips and locations are of 5-Star quality. I would recommend anyone who is interested in learning to dive, advancing their dive knowledge, planning a trip or looking for classes/equipment speak with the Blue Horizons Dive Center first!
Not much competition - but really a poor dive shop. Love to shop local, most small stores add value to purchases and can communicate well. The employees here are unbelievably poor on many levels. I would suggest the owner has each and every employee go 1/4 mile over to Trail Creek Outfitters and experience how a local business should be run. I employ anyone reading these reviews to consider driving extra distance to Ultimate Scuba in Media or to Salty Dog Dive Shop in Wilmington. Just unbelievable this shop has such high reviews.
Great dive shop. Instructors are as experienced as you can get. Personal attention for those that want it and more importantly, for those that need it. Great resource for gear recommendations. If you order gear there you get pool time to try it out. That is a huge benefit. I dove with them locally for training and internationally for fun. I recommend this shop without reservation. Don't forget to have your gear serviced, too.
