Food is good. Service isn't so good. Wish they would get rid of their fly problem, I spent more time swatting flies than eating. People in the kitchen are so loud. The lettuce in the spring roll could be more fresh, not so yellow, more green.

Pretty good comfort Chinese food. Pretty tasty. My wife and I order it just for the combo fried rice, it's amazing. I like my entrees simpler so for me they have too many vegetables that I have to pick around. I prefer to just have mostly meat, even if it's a smaller portion. BTW, this place has good sized portions. The rice order can serve 2 people by itself. So good.
My wife and I ate here for the first time. Orange chicken was delicious. Plus the lunch special is a great deal. You will average about 10 per person including drink.
Always friendly service! Food is pretty good also. Huge plates for a cheap price.
I dont write reviews often but being a chef and having almost twenty years in restaurants I want to give a shout out to these people. The veggies are always fresh as well as the rice and everything has been cooked perfectly everytime I have ordered from here. Keep it up you guys! Great job!
Sort of a hole in the wall business. Service was not bad, nice big portions on each plate for the combination orders, and quiet atmosphere. My favorite was the beef broccoli and pork won tons. Every friend that ordered the Kung Pow chicken said it was too sweet and not spicy at all which they were not pleased with. The chow neon also was very sweet which was something new I did not care for. Downside was that my friends and I were freezing inside. The place had one tiny space heater pointed towards one table and didn't seem to be very efficient. If Chai's were the only place open then yes I would go again, but definitely not my first choice.
Food is good and fresh. Price is low. Party trays are one of our favorites. Service is always friendly and awesome.
We love this place for thier nicely priced GENEROUS & TASTY food. Cant go wrong with nice & personable CHAI'S.
