First time using this transportation service. I have used greyhound in the past. As far as this goes, the prices are fair. You will get left behind if you are not back in time from the breaks. I saw it happen last night. I honestly most say I did not enjoy my ride, the office smelled like pee, & the seats on the bus were uncomfortable and the floor was really sticky. It was too hot from time to time, they stopped like 8x to add and let people off, or to do whatever, & that was annoying knowing that I paid for an EXPRESS ticket. The communication is poor all around the board. You know what they say “you get what you pay for.” I didn’t like it, after my return home I will probably not use it again. Edit: I did not utilize the restroom.

By far the worst experience in my life bus had no ac, but the driver had it running so the water was leaking out the vents the driver had an attitude actually mushed a passenger in his face almost crashing the bus never again will I ride with these ppl they don't care as long as they got their money
Horrible. It rained on us from Brooklyn to Atlanta. The buses are dirty from the gate. The bus was filthy, nasty and disgusting at best. Granted, if people would place their trash in the proper receptacles' , it would help to alleviate the mess. One accidental kick on any of the cheap trash bags dangling from the arm of the chair; trash is everywhere. That being the case it would help if the customers would dump their own trash during the 10-minute so-called break. Alternately, the driver could place a large plastic bag at the front of the bus where the crates of cigarettes are stored. There was no bathroom on the bus. So imagine a full load of consumers getting off in a major hub like Delaware in the screaming rain on a 10-minute break to use the bathroom and perhaps purchase a bite to eat. And When they stop for cigarettes five--to six times; it's not a restroom break. Speaking of the screaming rain, one would think that the driver would pull as close as possible to the front door of the rest stop versus having people on a trek like venture across the parking lot (the rain was blinding on Thursday). This nonsense is far beyond you get what you pay for.
Quick. Fast. Inexpensive and only 50 at most for a ticket.
Cost is great for long distance travel. Buses could use some upgrades as far as bathrooms not having lights and some plug outlets on bus do not work. Building needs better parking options for customers traveling for a few days.
