I cannot say enough good things about this company. Our basement flooded one Saturday evening when there had been excessive rain throughout the week. Our entire business is located in our basement and it was a disaster. (We found out later we had a crack in our foundation running the entire length of the basement.) Tidal Wave was recommended to us and we gave them a call the next day. I believe it was the owner (I think his name is Johnny) came out that day- on a Sunday- to assess the damage. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised he came out on a Sunday. He was super friendly and answered all of our questions with patience. They squeezed us into their schedule quickly. I wish I could remember the name of the project manager that was supervising when they came back out to pull up the floors and place the fans (maybe Mike). He was great and walked us through everything. After we had waterproofing and repairs done with another company, we also used Tidal Wave to replace all the floors in our basement that had been damaged. Colin was our contact for that project and he was great. Our new floors look amazing and he made the process very easy. This was a very stressful situation and Tidal Wave definitely made us feel like we were in good hands. Every person we spoke with was professional and friendly. Hopefully we never have to call them again, but it’s good to know they’re there if we have another issue. Highly recommend this company! Many thanks!

Tidal Wave Response has been excellent to work with. They were very quick to come to my aid! They cleaned up all the damage caused by my toilets backing up and flooding my house. What a mess! But Tidal Wave has taken care of everything from mitigation to all repair and restoration work. They even dealt directly with my insurance company in helping me with my claim. They have really treated me as an important client. They have lifted a huge burden off my back. Everyone I have dealt with has been very caring and supportive throughout my ordeal. We had rats chew into water pipes and flood the basement. Within 48 hours all of it was cleaned and dry, ruined carpet removed etc. I can’t be more thrilled how easy this was.
