Terribly rude service. They are effective, but the way one of their employees spoke to me completely cancelled that. I'm pretty sure other repair services on campus are no less effective, but hopefully have more professional behaving employees. I went there after my computer got crashed (physically). It took them a couple of days to evaluate repair price, which is understandable. The price was too high, so I just asked them to take my hard disk out to save my data. They have some sort of minimum price limit for diagnostic, which is pretty high and basically made me stay with them, because they said taking the disk out will be included. All of that was ok so far. But then, when I had a problem with the hard drive, which they didn't anticipate (that may be understandable), the person who spoke to me was incredibly rude and condescending. His tone was completely unacceptable, and he clearly felt like he can talk to me like that because they are the only ones who could help me back then. I don't have any problems with the work they did, but I am clearly not going there ever again, I seriously doubt it's worth it.

I went in to the Green St shop to repair my Iphone7 screen. Repair was done quickly and professionally - start to finish was under 2 hours. Device works great - and it was a good price. Highly recommend!

I worked with two staff members, one who opened my work order account and one who checked me out a day later. Both were friendly and professional. My repair, for a MacBook Air laptop, was simple. The person who checked me in gave me their standard time estimate of 24-48 hours to diagnose the problem with an assurance that it probably would not take that long given the jobs ahead of me that day. In fact, I had a phone call the same evening, probably less than 5 hours later, that they had completed the repair and my laptop was ready for pick-up. The rate was reasonable. I was very pleased with this experience.

They were really great and professional at their Work. They provided honest uptake on my laptop even though my laptop is a complex gaming laptop from Dell to take apart. I enjoyed their service and in the future if there were any problems with my tech they are my first choice.
